Why the survey?
The EU Civil Society Forum engages with the EU Horizontal Working Party on Drugs (HDG) and the Commission to raise the most important topics for civil society.
One of them is the impact of the financial crisis on drug prevention, treatment and harm reduction services from the perspective of non-governmental organizations -- whether the crisis had any effect on trends related to drug use and how financial austerity measures affected the access to and availability of essential services in their respective countries.
We ask you to complete the following questionnaire by February 15. Your responses are vital for us to prepare an adequate presentation for the EU member states and the Commission. Please note that we started collection of data back in November and extend this now as we continue dialogue with the EU bodies.

The questionnaire is only for NGOs working in the drugs field - in the EU and neighbourhood.
