Important Information for Ab-Initio Applicants

Dear Candidates,
Thank you for your interest in Air Astana and our Ab-Initio Pilot Training Program!

Before applying, please note the following:
  • Application Confirmation: After submitting your application, you will see a confirmation message on your screen indicating that your application has been successfully submitted. Our recruitment team will contact you within 3 business days.
  • Testing: If your application meets our requirements, you will be invited to take part in the selection tests.
  • Preparation: We will give you time to prepare for the tests. However, if you are not ready to take them within the next few months, we recommend applying when you feel prepared.
  • Documents: IELTS (Academic) 6.0 / TOEFL iBT 79 and a medical certificate are not required at the initial application stage. However, both documents are mandatory for the final selection stage.
  • Optional Questions: You can skip any questions marked as "Optional".
